Hamilton-Madison will invest its capital and that of its investors and partners to acquire significant stakes in target companies and in most cases will employ an activist investment model with company management, utilizing a variety of tools and strategies to enhance shareholder value. Hamilton-Madison employs a distinct approach in evaluating potential investment situations, generally concentrating on relatively few transactions.
